Terms & Conditions

Shop terms including returns, delivery, warranty, and payment

Returns and Refunds Policy

Standard Stock Items

You may cancel and return unused stock items within 28 days for a full item refund. Shipping fees from the original purchase are not refunded, and you must cover return shipping and remain responsible until we receive the goods. We recommend insured postage for returns.

If your order was shipped outside the UK, customs charges paid to your local authority are not refundable by us; contact the issuing tax authority for any reclaim.

Customised and Special Order Items

Refunds for custom products—including canopies, containers, helmets, and items specially ordered—are only given if the item is faulty.

We will give indicated delivery times from the manufacturer. No refund is given for late delivery, as this is outside of our control for custom made items.

Delivery and Collection Information

Dispatch Times and Delivery Estimates

We will attempt to ship stock items ordered before 11am by the next working day. If you need a specific delivery date please contact us directly to discuss, as this may incur additional charges.

Liability for Late or Non-Delivery

We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery or non-delivery of your order. Refunds will not be given for late delivery.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available within the UK. Shipping outside the UK will be subject to additional Customs and Shipping charges as applicable.

In-Store Collection

Orders may be placed online for collection in our store during our opening hours. Please contact us if you wish to discuss collection outside of these hours.

Signature Requirements and Delivery Responsibilities

If your delivery requires a signature, it is your responsibility to arrange collection from the courier for missed deliveries.

Pricing and Tax Responsibilities

Prices include UK VAT for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Buyers outside the UK must pay any extra fees, duties, or taxes required in their own country.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment bought from us may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims can be handled directly with the manufacturer or, sometimes, with our help. We aim to assist where possible, but you may need to work with the manufacturer to resolve some claims.

Our Warranty Limitations

We do not provide warranties on the condition, suitability, or safety of goods or services. For manufacturer warranty information on any product, please contact us.

GDPR Compliance

We store and process your personal data strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will be used solely for the purposes for which it was originally provided to us. At no point will we sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment Terms and Methods

Order Payment Requirements

We require full payment, including taxes and delivery fees, before processing your order. Products remain our property until your payment clears completely.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept GBP, EUR, or USD. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Direct Debit, or bank transfer (for large orders). All online orders are processed in GBP via card payment.
